Fanamyr

Fanamyr is a Midwestern Nation on Kazad-Amad. This new Nation has its former roots in Grash and Zernek. The Zernek Moutains border the Eastern and part of the Southern borders. The Northern border is created by a river that splits down to the capital city of Silver Haven. The Western border is partially created by the remainder of the Ancient Silvasa Forest, unclaimed by the 'Blight of Silvasa'.
Most of the Northern land has been developed into rich farmland that supplies the whole Nation with life.
Fanamyr is strict on their immigration and traveling policies, as it is regulated by a Silver Dragon named Kyralia. This has caused the Nation to be known as a Neutral/Good Nation. Fanamyr actually has a visible border. This spell is maintained regularly and causes any evil person to be disallowed access to the Nation. Any notion of evil within Fanamyr is quickly stomped out.

Silvasa

Silvasa is a Mideastern Territory on Kazad-Amad. It is currently a locked border that is impassable from either side. However, it wasn't like that originally.

Years ago, Silvasa was a beautiful elven Nation where the trees were taller than the sky. There was still strict immigration policies upheld by the High Elves, but those of non-elven blood were still allowed to roam these lands under some watch. If one was looking for one of the oldest forests, Silvasa was it.
That was until the High Elves decided to overthrow their Wood Elf neighbors. They began cutting down the ancient and almost sentient forest to build barracks, walls and weapons with an unusual lack of respect for nature and the trees. For years the trees cried, and then there was nothing. This is known as the 'Blight of Silvasa'.
During this destruction most wood elves left of their own will, any who stayed likely killed. Now, the Silvasa border is a 20 foot tall solid rock wall, and nothing is allowed in or out. No more forest remains inside these borders, and the land has been cursed by the gods. It is unknown what is within or if any of the previous residents even live.

Grash

Grash is a Mideastern territory on Kazad-Amad. This is a territory of brutish individuals where strength is power and power is rule. Grash used to rule over the territory that is now Fanamyr. However, as soon as the rulers of Fanamyr became powerful enough, the Nation of Grash released their hold on Fanamyr.
It is unknown what sort of feelings remain between Fanamyr and Grash as the leaders of Grash refuse to comment on any such aspect. Most of Grash consists of Mountains (The Zernek Mountains) and foothills. It is a very warm environment that is almost to being a desert. Most of the foliage in Grash is consistent with pines or imported foliage.
The population is mostly consistent of a muddy race who simply are known as Grashians. Their origin is unknown, but many guess that they came from breeding Goliaths, Dwarves and the strongest of Humans. The women more resemble that of an Elven woman. Thus, the men do everything and the woman are homebodies.

  • Grashians - 90%

  • Goliath - 2%

Zernek

Zernek is a Northwestern Territory on Kazad-Amad. This Nation has had a long history of grief and termoil. Over the past 100 years the Nation has been cursed with Plague, famine, drought and War.
Over 100 years ago Zernek was one of the largest Nations on Kazad-Amad. However, soon, that all changed when a War between the Silvasa Elves and the Zernek Elves started. Once Silvasa won their freedom, it continued down hill. As the border began to form around Silvasa a drought hit the land Western land of Zernek, and their rivers dried into nothingness. Soon after a famine spread far and wide the population moved toward the coast. As the cities within Zernek became more and more crowded, plague hit.
All over these 100 years, and finally things are starting to look up for Zernek, even though their land is nearly half the size it was in its grand days.

Guldin

Guldin is the Northernmost Territory on Kazad-Amad. If ever their was a nation described as a metropolis, Guldin would be it.

Although their had been hard times during the War on Gral'Imav between Alnor and Renin because of the flood of refugees, now, the Nation is blossoming. In Guldin, a person can find anything their hearts desire, if they have the coin to pay for it!

The Northern border is created by the ocean. The Western border is formed by the River that runs through Fanamyr. The Eastern border is created by the Zernek Mountains.

Carras

Carras is the Eastern territory on Kazad-Amad. It is known as the Nation between the Mountains. Somewhere in the formation of Kazad-Amad and the Zernek Mountains, a valley was formed between the great mountain ridges.
This Nation is beautiful and untouched by many. It is more natural than most lands on Kazad-Amad since the easiest way to reach Carras is by boat.
The Mountains directly surrounding this nation are the coldest and most bitter of all the Peeks in the Zernek range. These have protect Carras for centuries. Thus, very little is known about this land, except that all who visit it return with tales of wonder.
